Just for future reference I think that the multicolored text makes it difficult to read and hurts my eyes. ha ha. It might be easier to refer back to the responses if they were easier to read.
About the actual information presented, I usually don't think about voice in academic writing. I think that is a good idea that you pointed out.

ouch., I think i just went blind due to a colored font overload on this page. sweet jesus..
anyway, I totally agree with when you said you should write it as if you're talking face to face. it's more enjoyable to read something that's written like that
